Paul Groves (Peter Fonda), a television commercial director, is in the midst of a personality crisis. His wife Sally (Susan Strasberg) has left him and he seeks the help of his friend John (Bruce Dern), a self-styled guru who's an advocate of LSD. Paul asks John to be the guide on his first "trip". John takes Paul to a "freak-out" at his friend Max's (Dennis Hopper) pad. Splitting the scene, they score some acid from Max and return to John's split-level pad with an indoor pool. Paul experiences visions of sex, death, strobe lights, flowers, dancing girls, witches, hooded riders, a torture chamber, and a dwarf. He panics but John tells him to "go with it, man." Would you trust John?

Kim Vincent Fowley (July 21, 1939 – January 15, 2015) was an American record producer, singer and musician. He is best known for his role behind a string of novelty and cult pop rock singles in the 1960s, and for managing the Runaways in the 1970s.In addition, he is credited with being the inspiration behind promoter John Brower's call to John Lennon that resulted in the last-minute appearance of the Plastic Ono Band at the Toronto Rock and Roll Revival on September 13, 1969, where Fowley was the emcee. At this event, Fowley also created the iconic experience of having the audience light matches and lighters to welcome a nervous John Lennon to the stage.

This scathing late-sixties satire from Jean-Luc Godard is one of cinema’s great anarchic works. Determined to collect an inheritance from a dying relative, a bourgeois couple travel across the French countryside while civilization crashes and burns around them. Featuring a justly famous sequence in which the camera tracks along a seemingly endless traffic jam, and rich with historical and literary references, Weekend is a surreally funny and disturbing call for revolution, a depiction of society reverting to savagery, and - according to the credits - the end of cinema itself.

Fondamenta brought together musicians and researchers from around the world. These sound archaeologists all share this ability to track down and recognize truly exceptional recordings. After months of research, the Lost Recordings collection was born. The remasterisation of these nuggets is entrusted to the Phoenix Mastering TM process, developed for several years by the engineers of Fondamenta and at the heart of which are Devialet technologies. This know-how makes it possible to reveal lost recordings, as if they had just been recorded. The concert of Dave Brubeck "Live at the Kurhaus 1967" is a totally new recording! 1967: In this last year of the legendary Dave Brubeck Quartet, with Paul Desmond, Eugene Wright and Joe Morello, the four musicians perform at the prestigious Kurhaus Hotel in Scheveningen, the Netherlands.

Fifty years after Celtic became the first British team to win the European Cup, we tell the amazing stories of the men who claimed it. All 11 team members came from within 30 miles of Celtic Park, and this evocative film weaves together the social and footballing history of that era in Glasgow. With beautiful, unseen archive footage, funny fan stories and moving testimony from Bertie Auld, Bobby Lennox, Jim Craig, John Clark, Willie Wallace, Rangers captain John Greig and from players' families.

(2-CD set) Jon Savage follows up last year's '1966' 2CD set with a similarly packaged anthology of hits and rarities from 1967. There is no accompanying book this time - so you'll have to buy this to read all about it in his sleeve notes. Now typified as the year of flower power, 1967 was the year the 60s divided. During those 12 months, the revenues from LP sales in Britain finally overtook those from 45s. It's also the year when the British singles charts suddenly revealed a vacuum that, in March 1967, was filled by a Top 10 that included Englebert Humperdinck, Petula Clark, Harry Secombe, Vince Hill, the Seekers and other mums and dads records that you will not be hearing on this compilation.

The explosive transformation of Miles Davis’ “second great Quintet” with Wayne Shorter (tenor sax), Herbie Hancock (piano), Ron Carter (bass), and Tony Williams (drums) is laid bare on this release. Culled from original state-owned television and radio sources in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, and Sweden, the program spans five northern European festival performances over the course of nine days in October-November 1967. The audio shows consist entirely of previously unreleased or previously only bootlegged material. This is a 3-CD + DVD package, with an 8-panel digipak with 28-page booklet.
